Dr. Rowlands is amazing as well as the receptionists. For more than five years my husband and I have gone to them. We used to use the howell office until this one was built. Dr. Michaels joined their practice and has disappointed me deeply. She barely studied my husband before diagnosing him wrongly, but had to listen to his lungs to make sure she could bill our insurance. We gave her papers for my husbands disability and they took five weeks to inform us they needed more paperwork from our Neurologist. The state had taken weeks to pay out our disability so we patiently waited. I'm upset that she has changed my view of the practice and I will never let her see my family again.
