Have been there 3 times and had great experiences. Medical staff very thorough and knowledgeable . I did have a bad experience when I called to request my chest X-ray I had. The receptionist, Janet was snippy and rude. She was demanding the name of the doctor I saw. I said I don't recall, I only saw her once and was quite ill. She continued to be rude and I questioned her as to why she was being that way and she just said ok, ok, ok. So, other than Janet, everything has been great here. Maybe Janet needs to go!
Appointment was easy to make. Check in was quick and the appointment was efficient and thorough. Got me in and out quickly
It was an ok visit, but I kept calling for my x-ray results and someone on the phone was just plain rude. After a week, of calling several times, I had to drive there myself to get my results. I’m sitting here right now waiting for someone to explain it to me. Just very upset now and still in a lot of pain with no solution.
The last time I went here it took OVER 2 hours. I left work early to come here at 1pm and get care as I was in SO much pain I couldn't walk. . I could NOT understand this as the waiting room was not packed and it was the middle of the day.. I complained but it did not seem to matter to anyone that they had used my time in this way. I thought I had a kidney stone, so it wasn't like I could drive to another place in that kind of pain. Not a good experience, but convenient in the sense that I could get the X-ray right in the building. I am not feeling well today and I am trying to decide between here and the one in Howell which is just as far. I am going to probably go to Jackson this morning when they first open, and I will leave another review to reflect my experience. I am only going to try Jackson again as again it has the convenience of the X-ray place and pharmacy right on site and I may need a chest X-ray, and possibly an antibiotic. What really sucks is that for this reason, of taking up SO much of my. time that I don't have~ I have been putting it off and dreading it~ and if they take that long again I will never go back.
The Visit wasn't terrible but definitely wasn't professional. My boyfriend has been sick with the cold,we thought it was a sinus infection.This place was the only near by office that was open till 7. We called around 6 and they said we are an hour behind and we would be waiting a while. Got there by 6:15 pm and the waiting room was empty. While my boyfriend went in the back, the workers were complaining that they couldn't go home, when it was only 630pm. I do work in the medical field, and I do understand the amazing feeling when your schedule is done and you can go home early, but it is completely unacceptable. My boyfriend and my self felt extremely uncomfortable and not welcomed. 4 workers were standing around until we left at 6:45 pm (again they close at 7). I would of been either fired or writing up if I ever pulled this kind of behavior at my office.
