Could definitely be better. I love Ann Taylor Factory, and I know they pride themselves on customer service, but this store was lacking. There was one woman working the fitting room, and she did not even look up from her phone when I walked in, let alone say hello. I had two more visits to the fitting room, with arms full of clothes. Not one employee offered to start a fitting room (one of their policies for employees), and wasn't once greeted. The only positive experience was checking out- the lady was super nice!
