We were shopping today and there was a woman speaking to us outside. She was very pleasant and helpful! Then her manager came out (wearing a green shirt and blonde hair) she was very cruel and yelled at the employee. The reason she was yelling seemed absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary. She instantly changed our pleasant experience to an uncomfortable one. I felt so bad for the employee she was so nice and did not deserve this treatment. It was very unprofessional of the manager to yell in front of customers in the first place. Shame on her!
