UPDATE: They paved the roads that are falling apart. Thank You! Now, how about making homeowners trim grass in front of houses and have landscapers that mow clubhouse also trim weeds along curb along perimeter of clubhouse to mailbox area and at front entrance around Jackson acres signage area. AND INSTALL STOP SIGNS AT 4 WAY INTERSECTION! NO ONE STOPS THERE. And with winter coming up, PLOW MORE THAN ONE LANE ON THE ROAD! IT CREATES A SAFETY HAZARD! AND SALT THE ROADS AND SIDEWALKS! Hire an outside contractor if this is too much for the manager to do himself. Bit by bit we may get to be a nice, clean, respectable place to live and not be embarrassed by where we live.

People are nice, but place is not taken care of. Roads are falling apart and need to be repaved asap and people are not made to keep curbs and weeds in front of house trimmed. Roads are all cracked too and have weeds growing through them and are not kept up. Kind of looks like an abandoned neighborhood would. Only a few gutters,under 10, maybe less, for the whole neighborhood, so roads flood in certain areas. No stop sign at 4 way intersection and street sign poles are old, rusty and an eyesore. Main entrance flower bed area full of weeds and not kept up. Abandoned homes are not kept up regularly as far as landscaping. Some may not care about these things, but I do. Fix these eyesores and it would be better.
