I would give them 0 stars if possible. Never come to this zales location. I bought an eternity band from them which they had to size up. According to the sales rep it will take 1-2 weeks to get it done. I'm calling them in 2 weeks no answer. Called in 3 weeks the store manger Jen notified me that it was a special order item. I asked her to call me back when she get some info on it, she never did. I always had to call the store myself. Now 2 months later Jen is telling me the jewler cannot duplicate this ring. I was promised to have the ring three weeks before the weeding. Now it's a week before the wedding and we don't have the ring.

This manger did offer me $150 off my purchase and a free ring appraisal witch I was told will be about 3 weeks without my ring for this .

Ring was also in the wrong size .

Then I had to go in to get sized again ... cause they messed things up ...I was also told 2 times the jeweler was on vacation.

I did contact customer service many times about my situation. I was told District manager would call me back he never did but another manger from another store called on his behalf because he was “to busy “

long story short Chris the new manger assured me everything was going to be OK it was going to take a little longer but they were going to make the platinum setting and ring in the right size .. I was sized again .. I stared to get excited again .. few weeks later my ring came in it’s Gorgeous I absolutely love it.. but in the wrong damn size again .. now we are in October and it’s still not right ..

16th I called to see if it would be ready .I was told it wasn’t but should be ready by the 24th .. that day came and went ..we called customer service to complain and was told custom rings can take up to 12 weeks..

just a side note I was told by Eve the sales lady . A manger was going to call me with when the ring will be done but customer service told us a much long time then 2 weeks . And no one ever called I had to call them back and Then Eve has the nerve to tell me she did call me back. When she didn’t .

So we decided to go ahead and have it made . Around July 3rd . They said it would take 2 weeks and I was super excited. I said maybe I will have it for the 17th our anniversary.. Jen the manger said I don’t think it will be ready that day Because of the holiday but I’ll see if they can skip one of the steps of the casting approval.. at this time they sized my finger..

Zales knows nothing about customer service. We purchased a "special order" rings for our wedding for a few thousand. Zales stated it would take one month and we told them that any longer than one month would be an issue. At the one month mark after not hearing from Zales, we called. They would need to get back to us. When they finally got back to us at 6:30 on a Sunday evening, they stated the rings came in on Friday but they haven't had a chance to call us. Note that this store is not local to us about 40 mins drive each way and getting there after work is not an option. I had to take a day off work without pay to pick up our rings to have them on time for the wedding. Zales response, "We're sorry..." I for one will NEVER use Zales again.

They promised they were going to make me a new ring in platinum and make sure it’s the right size . I was supposed to go in a week later to bring my ring back cause the white gold setting had my diamonds in it so they just needed to take the Diamonds from the white gold setting and put them in the Platinum setting .. so I went to the store to be told Jen doesn’t work there any more and my ring was never started ..

Terrible Customer service. I have a engagement ring from Zales and I do not live near a Zales. I was giving an associate an Item # to look up details if they knew a wedding band that would fit that ring before I drive 25-30 minutes for nothing! Very bad location, very rude, stay away if you wanted to be treated the way you should. Apparently only customers in the store matter and the associate could not be bothered.

Everything was perfect. I wouldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. I had an allergic reaction to my engagement ring, it was past tye 60 day return/ exchange policy and they exchanged it for a new ring with no questions asked. The man was so helpful and such a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much.

Then few weeks later my ring Is finally ready. Went in to pick it up and it feels really light .. I remember my ring being heavy since it was platinum .. I asked the manger Jen to make sure it was set in platinum and she said yes it should be stamped.. she looks at the stamp and doesn’t say anything so I’m thinking everything is ok besides it being a little loose.. I take it to show my husband he was in the car with the kids as I’m walking back to the store to finish things up I look and it’s stamped 14K .. I’m mad by this point that it’s not Platinum and that they were gonna let me walk away with this ring and let me believe it was platinum. So I asked what the 14K ment .. and then I was told by Eve remember you wanted 14k not Platinum.. witch I argued my Original ring was platinum and they told me it was cheaper so why would I have gotten 14 karat white gold.

Then I was also offered a gift card ..

Then they look at the receipt and it says platinum.

I went to Jackson outlet Zales looking to replace my engagement ring that I lost 9 years ago.. We chose them also because that’s where my original ring came from. Not seeing what we wanted a sales person told us since we had a picture of my ring they could have their fantastic jeweler make my exact ring for me..
