Poor customer service. Unwilling to provide replacement for their product that was defective but past warranty by a few months. Headphones were in mint condition and one headphone speaker was not producing sound.Was able to look up product but because I didn't have receipt they did nothing. Unacceptable for products in this price range.

Bad customer service. Same prices like elsewhere and not in Stock. Why would anyone go to BOSE don't offer competitive pricing and limited choices. Just my 2 cents! Salesman told me I couldn't afford their high end headset.
