Good customer service
Even though the store is big and has a huge selection the staff are not well trained. Recently I bought a few items and couldn't use my VIP coupons as it was unavailable at the food court. They asked me to come back another day with the VIP coupons to get a price adjustments. When I went back the store manager flatly refused the honor the VIP coupon discount of 20% as the previous items were also on promotion. If their staff were well trained then should have informed me on the day of the initial purchase instead of having me go back for nothing.
