My experiences with B of A have been mediocre at best. The people at this location are some of the better ones I've dealt with.
Thee worst branch in BOA, minimum wait time in drive-thru is 10 mins or more. Customer service is not at the top of their agenda and the staff are rude as hell. BOA executives should be looking into this branch, completely unsatisfactory!!!!!
Always have to wait 20 to 45 mins inside. Never more than 2 tellers on at once. Corporate needs to review this branch.
I do not understand the negative comments posted here. I've used this location for all my banking needs over a 16 year period, and have found them very responsive and willing to be of service. With an appointment, there is rarely no more than a short wait. Even with no appointment, they will do their best to accommodate. My only issue is with their banking hours, which could be expanded to better serve their clients.
